Thanks Pat! The Toggles plug-ins are a great solution. It's far less cumbersome than setting the document prefs to B&W Only, every time before I print.

Hi Pat and thanks for trying. I'll give the Batch Print option a shot, but setting prefs to B&W Only also changes the displayed on-screen colors to, B&W Only. Unfortunately that defeats the purpose.

I am looking for a way to use colors with my different classes in a file, but for those classes to print in black when I plot them. I know how to set this up in AutoCAD, but I'm not sure there is a way to do it in Vectorworks. To further clarify, in my file I want my dimensions in red to make them stand-out from my geometry. When I plot, I want those red dimensions to plot in black. Any suggestions?
