mac's Preview adds notes... is there a similar program on Windows?

it would be nice if NNA viewer would even allow this

the only options it shows, is that a password needs to be required for certain options. NONE of them include notations. UGH!

thanks. that's what I found too, when saving to pdf, we have no control over what is or isn't allowed. I would file a bug too, but don't know how.

but for a pdf to do it, you need more than "reader" correct?

is there any way for the client to use the viewer or any other "program" to 'red-line' drawings and return to me with corrections?

but I like the associative dimensions. Won't that make them NON associative? It just seems weird that they suddenly showed up?!? I can live with it, just didn't know why they decided to come to the party out of the blue ... HA

suddenly I have "squares" that show up where the dimension line 'attaches' to the object. not a big problem, but a little distracting.. How do I get rid of them?

the only problem with sorting by date created or modified, is that it changes EVERYTHING in the hosting folder. Sometimes Apple thinks they're improving things, when in fact they destroy the things that made a MAC a MAC!!! Thanks all for the help.

This may be more of a MAC question, but maybe someone can help. I need to keep an ongoing history of drawing as they get changed. I put a date in the actual name, but it goes in alpha numeric order, thus putting the oldest drawing first. Is there a way to keep the most recent up top? renaming differently or something like that. Again I realize this may not be the best place to ask, but then again,I have noticed aot of great ideas and work arounds in this forum THANX in advance

and from what i have read, installing SP3 doesnt really sound all that worth it?

Sorry, actually all i did was restart. I think i was in and out of too many different apps that day, and directories must have gotten jumbled. But i am curious to know if you lose your preferences when you reinstall?
