Ok following situation:
I installed VW under Administrator and everything worked well.
But you know, if you work as Administrator under windows, it's like you have no doors. So I took the administrator-rights from my account and gave him standarduser-rights.
Then VW wouldn't start (now I know I could start it over right-click -> execute with adm....). But then I tried to install VW new. This worked (cause vista asked me "would you install as administrator" and then you must input the administrator-password).
But VW wouldn't start with standard-user-rights (yes, yes now I know this don't work).
After that I logged in as administrator and tried to start VW but that didn't work neither.
After that I tried several times to uninstall/install VW under the administrator-account, but this didn't work neither.
Tried also to set the "Windows XP SP2 compatibility-mode", but this didn't work neither.
The failure is this:
