when doing working drawings i have pre-determined layers and draw with a black background, I have added a toggle to the right click between viewing in bw & colour, but I'd also like to do this for black background but can't find one out there - Can anyone help?

you can add a plugin to toggle colour and bw on the mouse, very quick indeed.

ah that's annoying - anyone from Vectorworks care to comment?

PDFpen will also combine multiple pages. It's cheap and also enables you to add graphics to .pdfs for example a my letter head graphic as a gif with transparency fits over a pdf letter nicely (as well as my signature!) I also use combinepdfs but find it quite slow and needed quitting after each use!!!

We have 6 computers in the office, 4 staff and 3 Vector Works Dongles, but I can't add all the licenses to each enabling my staff to just pick up a dongle and plug it in when they want to use VectorWorks - Is this right or how it was intended Benjamin Richards www.verte.co.uk Mac OS X & VectorWorks 12.5
