[Window menu functions not working...]

I'm using XP Professional SP2 as well.

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, but I'm having a little trouble and need some advice:

I'm running VW 12.5.2 Educational version on a PC, (I use it for scenic design) and I can't seem to be able to use the window menu to switch between open files. The open files are listed at the bottom of the menu, but nothing happens when I click on them.

Any ideas why?

I thought about uninstalling it and reinstalling, but that opened a whole new can o' worms...
