    I have several Macs running VectorWorks 8.5.2, with the RenderWorks plug-in. We just purchased another copy for a new Mac, and received v9 because that's what's available now. My question regards compatability of file format between the two versions. Can a document saved in VW9 be opened in VW 8.5.2? Are there any issues to be aware of? Thank you.

    If upgrading from VectorWorks v8.5.x to v9, and if one is also a RenderWorks user, is it necessary to upgrade RenderWorks to v9 for compatability, or will v8 of RenderWorks continue to work with v9 of VectorWorks? [This assumes that one is content with the features of RenderWorks v8, but would like to use the new features in VectorWorks v9.]
