I might just be confused, but I am a student trying to figure out vectorworks at school and when I launch the program I get a pop-up window saying, "You have not entered any serial numbers for Vectorworks. You will now be asked to enter one." When I type in the serial number on the Dongle it says, "The entered serial number is invalid. Please carefully re-enter the number."
From looking at the dongle the serial number is only 8 digits long... am I missing some of it?
I'm trying to run Version 11.5
