  1. Hi. We're experiencing problems when zooming in VectorWorks When zooming in and out of drawings, pieces of the drawing are sometimes misaligned. Zooming in and out one step usually brings the drawing back to normal. This causes problem when new objects are added since it's not always clear if the drawing is shown properly or pieces of the drawing are missing/misaligned. We have uninstalled and reinstalled VectorWorks numerous times and we have the same problem with version 12.0.x and 12.5.x We are running VectorWorks under WinXP Pro on: IBM ThinkCentre 3GHz, 2GB of RAM WinXP Pro SP2 VectorWorks 12.0 (same issue in 12.5.2) Hardware rendering and acceleration are enabled. NVidia GeForce 8400GS Thanks, Mattias
  2. Hi, When printing a document from a PC (VectorWorks 12.0.x or 12.5.x) the result is a bit different compared to when the same file is printed from a Mac. Attached scans show the Mac print to be a bit darker. This seems to be due to the line thickness. Lines appear to be slightly thicker when printed from the Mac. The line thickness, DPI etc, are configured the same on both the Mac and PC. The printer (HP DesignJet 500ps) is connected to the network via a HP JetDirect 175x and has a static IP-address. The PCs connect to the printer via a printer port (standard HP TCP/IP port. I tried to print from two different Macs with two different printer settings. The first Mac connects to the printer via Bonjour. On the second Mac the printer was added using HP's Printer Setup Assistant and set up as a "HP IP printer" (not using AppleTalk/Bonjour). The result was the same. The latest printer driver has been downloaded and installed. I called HP and they verified that the printer was set up correctly and determined that it printed properly. They referred to VectorWorks for further troubleshooting of the issue. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance Mattias
