I'm having a problem with the Create Roof from Walls tool. When I create a roof, it has a problem with the overhang. I set it to 18", but comes out much larger than what was specified. It ends up something like 4' from the house. Has anybody else had any problems like this? Any ideas? Suggestions?

Currently I'm working on drafting a single story house with a walk out basement. I'm applying patterns to the walls to make it look as close to the real thing as possible for the elevation views. When I print, it won't print off the patterns with the walls, printing just white walls w/ windows and doors. Anybody got any ideas on how I'd be able to print the walls with the patterns applied to them?
