A question for those with corruption issues

I have tried this today and when 'dropped' into the Vectorworks folder it says that there is a corrupt or missing file in the vectorworks installation please re-install vectorworks. Any ideas how to get around this? Previously running 12.5.1 (69163) on an iMac G5 2.1GHz 10.4.8 1.5Gb RAM.
