  1. Thanks N, I will give that a try. Yes I have changed the default text with nothing selected. Cheers J
  2. I have set my default VW text to arial, which should make all text I create arial!!! This is not the case. For some reason no matter what I do to change the default text, it also defaults back to apple's over all default Lucida grande!! Please tell me there is a way around this. I currently have to manually change each one after creating. Also every time I alter a text box it goes back to lucida grande. Please help!
  3. Thanks Katie, I was just wondering. Maybe you could add it to a wish list at Nemetschek. I think it could be quite useful. Regards
  4. I was wondering if there was a plugin of some form that allows for a Vectorworks model space to have multiple view windows. Much like the 3D modeling programs like 3D studio etc. Cheers
  5. Thanks for the help Petri. I actually tried out a few formula's in the schedule and then it all made sense. If you add /Xcolumn (divide by the no. of plants) it will maintain the average calculation on the random placed plants and also correctly calculate the plants which are a specified distance apart. Simple...haha Darrell, I believe there is a way to show by a variety of specifics when generating the WS, but my issue was more or less based on the spacing not calculating because of the distance between 3 groups of plants. Anyways thanks for all your help. Petri everyone at Urban Initiatives says hello.
  6. I have a question regarding the landmark automatic plant schedule generation. The schedule averages the distance between plants and lists that on the schedule. I want it to display the set spacing not the average spacing. Basically as soon as you have two sets of a particular plant 20m apart it ruins the set spacing average. Can someone assist? Cheers
  7. Yes everything seems to be in order and set to the correct configuration. Other plans I have are working fine at A1, so its not our network printer settings either. The only difference is this plan has work group referencing. Could this be causing it to print incorrectly?
  8. I have a file that has recently decided that it won't print A1. I have it setup in a sheet layer at A1, and now it prints at A3 on an A1 page. Everything is correct in the setup, but I wonder if there is some overriding value that is messing it up. Any help would be great. Cheers
  9. Thanks Katie, the upgrade fixed all the issues. Much appreciated!!
  10. I have come across a problem on my new intel imac where any dwg export from VW12.5 will not work, and crashes the program. Is there a fix out there... Please help!
