  1. I'm trying to utilize the clip surface command in a PIO I'm developing. However I'd like the polygon that is going to do the clipping to clip multiple objects generated from an array. Is this possible? Below is my code extracted from my PIO and made to work in the resource browser Vectorscript area. What am I doing wrong?

Peter is correct, I have tried using the WindowWall tool, you can set mullion height and widths but you can't get a thickness on the glass(well I couldn't..lol) However if you have Windoor from OzCAD they have a glass block window type there which was perfect for what I needed. Cheers
  3. Hey Rafa, I've been searching how to get this to work to after an update to 12.5.. how did you do it?
  4. Thanks for the info guys. So Pat, youre saying to write a vectorscript to copy the data from the Door PIO to a custom record. Then in the symbol, link a text to that a field in that newly created custom record. Is it possible to create a script to copy that data to a field in an existing record? Where/how can I start. I have a fair understanding of the vectorscript language. Cheers in advance
  5. Hello everyone, Is it possible to create a formula in a field value? I am wanting to attach a text to a field in a door record, that automatically updates when the door size is changed. Is this possible? I can call up the door width in a worksheet using: paste criteria, and paste function. And this shows up in the worksheet. I'd like to display this value on the drawing. Basically I am creating a door symbol which has a text object which is attached to a record that displays the door width. Attached is a example. Cheers in Advance
  6. Hi peepz.. I was wondering if there was a short cut key combination for switching between saved views... like how you have Ctrl+ for layer switching, and Ctrl+ for class switching
  7. Hiya Cathal.. theres no 3dsMAX export for VW (meaning *.mcd --> *.max) The only way I know of is to get Cinema4d with the VW plugin (approx $889 with Plugin) and then you can export from VW --> Cinema4D then from C4D --> 3dsMAX .. (c4d has a legacy plugin for exchange between *.max and *.c4d including all lights and cameras and textures ) Downfall... $$$ purchasing the Cinema4d package.. but if you know of a friend who has Cinema4d you could just purchase the VW plugin then go export from their PC.. Hope this helps.. just my two cents...
