  1. I have a similar problem.. when I do a Fast Renderworks the lights show, but there are 4 spotlights that do not show on a Final Renderworks. Where can I find that preference button jeffroyer talks about? Maybe that is my problem and the "never display" is on, because all the rest is on thanks!
  2. Hello, I am having difficulty panning/moving the image prop on a solid/extruded figure. What I am doing is importing a jpg as an image prop and then applying it to an extruded cube which I should simply scale and move but.... The help note on the bottom says "this tool might fail with complicated object". But even if it is a simple solid cube most of the times it does not allow it and I have to input the info by hand in numbers on the "Horiz. Offset" and "Vert. Offset" boxes to move the graphic... but it is soooo slow to do it that way! In the museum design in which I am, there are a lot of graphics to be applied on panels. Any shortcuts? ideas? tricks?... thank you soooo much!
  3. Thanks so much!!! great advice I am so happy to have found you AFCA
  4. Hello I am new in Renderworks and learning as I go. I have two (basic?) questions, 1. I see in the VectorWorks library lots of exciting textures on different files (Stone brick, Nature etc)however, they are not displayed by default. I have tried to import them in the "Textures Default.mcd" in the library file and they are still not displayed on the Info box/ Render pull down menu. Do I have to import them every time I open a drawing? Ideally I would like to have them displayed in the pull-down menu of the Info Box /Render when I am going to apply the texture and not having to research every time. A way of looking at all the library in one file. 2. I have a very slow computer and doing a Finaly Quality Renderworks takes far too long but I still would like to have some shadows. Is there an option to render without asking Renderworks to consider all the lights for shadows? thanks AF
