I did read what Katie wrote, and RenderWorks is not installed (however they do it!) and I did pay for it. I have left NNA a message and I am sure they will take care of the problem tomorrow.

Thanks for posting a reply, I don't see renderworks in my VW folder so I guess they sent the wrong CD. I will contact sales and see what happened. Thank you Katie.

If you have RenderWorks with VW/Architect shouldn't you be able to set your options in the "Document Preferences" window? It won't let me click on the "RenderWorks Options" tab.
