  14. @CollaborativeMT With Series E licenses, you may activate the software on two machines and only use Vectorworks on one at a time. If you plan on installing Vectorworks on a temporary computer, you will be granted a temporary activation to prevent any downtime (3 activations). With the ongoing and ever-changing developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to increase the ease of transitioning to a remote or work-from-home environment. In order to help, we are temporarily increasing the number of activations of Vectorworks Series E licenses by one. We intend to make this additional flexibility available for the next 90 days, while we monitor the situation globally. If you are experiencing this issue, most likely you already used all the activations available, and no problem, please send me the last six digits of your serial # privately. I'll be happy to look into your issue. For additional information about working remotely and the changes we had make during this time, check the following article:

  25. @jnr & @bcdI think it may be related to the permissions settings for this folder. Please try the following solution and confirm for me if it fixes your issue: 1. Right click on the Vectorworks 2020 Application folder 2. Choose ‘Get Info’ 3. At the bottom expand ‘Sharing & Permissions’ 4. Confirm that your Username is listed with Read & Write privilege 5. If not, unlock and click the plus button at the bottom left corner to add your username with Read & Write privilege 6. Once you’ve added your username with read & write privilege, click the gear menu at the bottom left and choose ‘Apply to Enclosed Items’. 7. In the upper left corner of the Resource Manager in Vectorworks, click on the gear icon. Choose Refresh Libraries.
