@msieber2 Hi Matthias, please contact your local distributor with your request to move from a dongle Series B license to a E-series license. The installation in most of the cases is the same, meaning that you will be only changing the serial # in the Vectorworks preferences. @lhaldeman2 Sometimes the reason for a license to expired after 30 days is due to problems with the proof of enrollment. Upon requesting the Vectorworks license, a 30days expiration is granted automatically then we will extend the license as soon as the proof of enrollment has been received and approved by our educational team. If you have students not been able to access to Vectorworks please have them to send me an internal message with their email address, I'll be happy to help.
