  3. @Piotr Karczewski The first thing that I suggest is to upgrade to the latest SP2. We included multiple rendering fixes in that version. And in the meantime, if you can send us the file privately for testing, I'll be happy to get the rendering team involved in this case. Thanks

  15. As of January 1, 2023 perpetual licenses are not upgradeable and cannot be added to an existing Vectorworks Service Select agreement. Any associated Service Select agreement is not transferable. I hope that helps.
