  6. @Amine Most of the time, when Vectorworks shuts down before booting up entirely, it can be related to a graphics card issue or the computer not meeting the minimum system requirements. Please check the following: https://www.vectorworks.net/sysreq , and if you are running Windows, ensure the drivers are up to date. Feel free to reach out to technical support via https://customers.vectorworks.net/support for additional troubleshooting.
  7. @Bruce KiefferIt could also be a file or a set of files causing the issue. Do you know if the same file opens independently of Batch Convert (Serving Tray.vwx)? Could you share the file in the screen capture? Thanks
  8. @Cristiano Alves As part of the Core certification, we cover most of these topics. Check the following links: Core Certification Symbols
  9. @Jule , there is no need to uninstall Vectorworks to replace the serial number; you can delete the registry entries: Before continuing, close Vectorworks completely. 1. In the Taskbar, type ‘regedit’ in the Search box and press Enter. 2. On the left-hand side of the “Registry Editor” window, you should see one folder labeled: ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER’ 3. Expand this folder, click on Software, then look for the Nemetschek folder, and inside, you will see a 'Vectorworks XX' folder. Right-click on the 'Vectorworks XX' folder and select Delete. Then reboot Vectorworks and input the new serial#

  11. Thank you for the files - I have reported the issue under # VB-199811 (internal database) and will share updates as they become available.
  12. @doug shaffer and @Matt Hall Could you send me the files experiencing these issues via DM? I want to submit them to R+D. Thanks!

  15. @Chris Rogers Thank you for the file. Passing it on to our R+D team.
  16. @Jesse Cole Can you share via DM the Vectorworks file for testing, please? Thanks
  17. @bjoerka I was able to replicate the crash in Vectorworks 2023 and 2024. It seems to be an issue with reading the Site Topology data. I have submitted this issue under VB-199444 (Internal database). In the meantime, I suggest you import the Site Topology data as Revit Entity instead of Site Model/Site Modifier. The information will be imported as a mesh-like object, and the import will be successful. I will let you know of any fixes.
  18. @bjoerka Could you share the file for testing and tell us what version or RVT was created? Thanks
  19. @taoist Nothing was done to the countertop tool for 2024, and the new cabinet does not have a countertop. We are planning a new countertop tool for 2025 that will be much more sophisticated and support any hole-cutting shape.
  20. We have not been able to reproduce any of the items you described. However, it could be file-related. Could you send us via DM a file for testing? Thanks
  21. @Mat Caird Thank you for your report. I verified with our QA team that it is a bug in Vectorworks 2024. The issue was submitted under VB-198391 (internal database) and is currently scheduled to be fixed and released in Update 2 (November 2023).
  22. @Iainy1961 I'm sending you the serial number via DM. If you have additional issues, feel free to reach out via https://customers.vectorworks.net/
  23. @irogers The ".crdownload" file extension typically indicates that a file is being downloaded in Google Chrome but has not yet been completed. This might happen if a download is interrupted or if it's still in progress. Please ensure your internet connection is stable, or try downloading the file again if it was interrupted. Once the download is successful, the file should appear without the ".crdownload" extension in the destination folder.
  24. @techdef Any chance that you can share the 2023 file via DM? Thanks
