Wow that worked thanks! I have used this program for more than 10 years, but I have not used these functions before. I must say, that was not the most intuitive way to do what should have been fairly simple. Selecting a row to sort a column seems a bit backwards to me. Thank you again for a quick and accurate response. This place is always a treasure trove of useful information and helpful people.

We are trying to create a door schedule suing the Door Schedule plug-in. We usually do them manually. Our plans are 1/8" scale and we have a viewport on another sheet we are using for a large scale plan. This is causing the Door Schedule to read our doors twice and we are getting duplicate doors. Also, I can't get the doors to sort at all. The little bar graph buttons aren't doing anything. I select the row and they don't sort. How do you set which row the the Schedule sorts to? Thanks!

Hello. I used to generate my door schedules the old school way (using the worksheets as a chart and manually filling them in). I would like to do this the smart way and have the door information from the door drop into a schedule automatically. I know this is a newbie question, but how do you do this? I have tried to piece it together reading the manual and I'm not finding this particularly obvious. Is there a tutorial somewhere? An aside - I have a format for a door schedule that I like, is there a way to customize this information so that it fits our office standard schedule?

I currently run VW Architect. I recently purchased RenderWorks. I entered the serial number and it showed that Renderworks is enabled. However, none of the RW functionality is showing up. I also notice that when I go to About VectorWorks, it does not list RenderWorks. I called technical support twice today and waited for 25 minutes before dropping into voice mail. How can I get RW turned on?

I just bought RenderWorks after already having installed VW Architect. I received a new SN which appeared to unlock the RW functionality in the SN window. But when I go to select any Renderworks options, they are grayed out. What did I miss? I tried reinstalling VW from the DVD and still nothing. Help!
