Ok i have found out its a daemon process which means there is no gui to the nethasp lm app. It runs as a service. Now to uninstall it and start a fresh.

I have installed the VW12 Nethasp driver and the License manager app and applied the hotfix. However i cannot see the nethasp license manager in the applications folder. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks Jim
