UPDATE: Machine ONE - was able to fix by adding INI file - works! Machine TWO - still not working - same message. have all usb dongles. VW10 dongle is local. VW12 is on a server in a location i have access too. do i need to uninstall VW10? seems unnecessary but it was going to be my next step in troubleshooting.

Machine ONE - running XP no previous version of VW no dongle came with VW 12. VW 12 gives error on start: Network dongle protection error. No active network dongle server. (HASP License Manager was found. Vectorworks will now quit. Machine TWO - running XP has VW 10 and dongle that works. VW 12 gives error on start: Driver component sizes mismatch. Retry to keep going. Cancel to exit.
