Thank you. It was the Interactive Scaling. Weird that all of a sudden that was disabled.

I am using version 2022. In the past, I have been able to edit where various label legend fields are located individually without having to use the Label Legend Manager. For some reason, I no longer seem to be able to do that. Is this no longer a feature or am I missing something? Thanks.

Now, it won't show the Active Label Legend in the key. This is getting very annoying.

I just did a new plot and it is still doing it. The channel order is: 53, 52, 51, 14, 16, 13, 15, 30, 12, 11, 10, 32, 42,41, 33, 34, 35, 55, 54, 56, 23, 26, 29, 28, 25, 22, 27, 24, 21, 9, 6, 3, 8, 5, 2, 7, 4, 1

Has anyone experienced VW 2013 not sorting channels properly? I have the most recent version of the software. I cannot figure out what basis it is sorting. Also, the Vectorworks Help cannot be accessed.
-
I am getting the following error message when I try to open the Help menu: The VW Help folder may be missing or contain invalid data. Please contact Technical Support for assistance." Any recommendations?

Thank you. Can you either update or delete the following link, which says it is not. Thanks. http://kbase.vectorworks.net/questions/737/Aladdin+HASP+License+Manager+%28HaspLM%29

I am using Vectorworks 2009 in a lab with 9 computers networked together. Is there still an incompatibility with Snow Leopard on the server computer as I am upgrading the computers in our lab and need to know if I need to keep one of the older ones running OS 10.5.x

I feel like an idiot. In desperation, I grabbed all the lights and "Refreshed Instruments." Then redid Generate Paperwork and voila, the channels are in the right order.
-
A new problem I have never had before. After I generate the paperwork, the Channel Hookup is NOT in numerical order. I cannot figure out just how it decided to order it, but I cannot find any way to quickly resort and the manual is very mum on the subject. Any ideas? Thanks. M. Sachs Tulane University

Thanks. I came to that conclusion.

I work in a black box theatre with a pipe grid we have designated with numbers one direction and letters the other. Whenever I try to create a focus point that has either the same number or letter as a grid pipe, it tells me that name is in use. Is there a way around this? M. Sachs Tulane University

Is there another way to get to a lighting instruments properties other than control-clicking it?
-
What do you mean, show up. I pick an instrument, click edit, go to Light Information, and in gobo 1 go to Get Resource and select a gobo. I know I have gotten this to work before. I am sure it is some small thing I am missing or setting that is wrong. Sorry, long day. Yes, these gobos show up. Okay, now I am really confused. Now they are working on my file. Ghosts.

50? ETC Source 4 with a folliage gobo. The pipe does not have a texture. While not indicate, I have also included a floor. You used to have to have one so I add one out of habit. An color works. If I put a color such as R35, the light is pink. But no matter what setting or adjustment I make, I cannot get the gobo to appear.
