I am using the setting in document preferences in VW12

I change the document settings to display in black and white yet some (not all) of my plants are still displaying in colour. Why is this so?

I have grabbed some textures from vectordepot and would like to try them out in VW12. How do I go about adding them? I have given up trying

I would like to create a hardscape object in the shape of an ellipse or circle. Is this possible? Currently I am creating the shape and applying a suitable hatch or stipple. thanks

I am new to vecorworks and am trying to figure out an efficient way to manage my plant library and other resources. The questions I ask myself are... 1. Are these stored in common locations so that they can be accesed from any new or existing project? 2. Do they link to a template? 3. Do they link to a specific file that I should keep open when working to allow access? I have read the help regarding these items and I guess I am not understanding something. I wouldnt be surprised if there is a general article that covers this area in the forum. thanks jd
