the message is from the replacement disk should i be contacting the supplier to report it as faulty? or is there a plug-in replacement that can be obtained?

I have tried to reintall the application several times and the same thing happens everytime. We were recently sent a replacement disk as the one we had was faulty. Can it have something to do with the DVD-Version 12.0.1?

the following text occurs when i try to start up vectorworks after installation 'vectorworks failed to startup because the ExtendedProperties plug-in failed or is missing from the instalation' how can this be rectified?
