  1. My office is using VW 12.5.1 on Intel Macs running OSX 10.4.9 and using a Mac ServerX for our network drive. We have recently been expereienceing a reoccuring error. VW has been promting us with an error message reading "Error on attempt to save, try saving to a different location" (not the exact phrase). If you just quit you will end up with a corrupted/empty file (zero kb). On our orginal attempt to circumvent this issue, we tried "save as..." and it did not work; so we tried "save a copy as..." - that worked. HOWEVER, in the last few days we haven't been able to successfully resave the file using the "save a copy as..." and have had to use "save as..." For both methods, you need to resave as a completely different file name. This has occured both when you're working with a file on the server and even when you're working off a file on your desktop. Anyone else experiencing this? Heard of this? Know any fixes??? Jim
  2. Since I've updated from 12.0 to 12.5 I've noticed that when using the Duplicate Array command on groups, sometimes it won't move all the objects in the group after duplication. However, if i duplicate in place then move them (basically a manual duplicate array), it works. Anyone else experience this? Have a fix?
  3. Is there a way to create a custom wall cap? Other than the default line from VW. For example, say you have a wall style with 8" CMU, then a 2" air space" and then a brick veneer, and you would like for it to be capped with the brick returning. Is that possible?
  4. Is there a way to create custom dashed lines or modify the options for dashed lines under the line style menu?
  5. I would like to create a simple window tag (hexagon w/ text in the middle). Rather than creating a group and edit the text individually, I would like to create a tag where you can change the text in the Object Info palette; similar to a drawing tag, etc. Any ideas?
