Thanks. This did the job.

In my script, i return the area of a window in wall via GetRFlield. It returns a string with area units. Trying to convert it in a REAL with ValidNumStr gets no success. converting a length e.g. perimeter - no problem. Any idea. Code snippet: RFld := 0; if ValidNumStr(GetRField(symH, PIOName, Fld), value) then RFld := value;

Always I want to import a survey File (.txt), I get the massage "Error: The file has bad data on line : 1". But I'm pretty sure, that my file is correct. See attachment. What's wrong?? sca_t01dgm_31468.txt
