[Help - can't choose direction of 3d section!]

Go back to the section call-up itself, click on it and in the OI panel, you can click on the "Reverse Direction" button.

I haven't had a project like the one you are describing but why would you not use your third method - multiple layers with the right heights for floors and walls?

All set up then for the 3D model and proper viewing of 2D floor plans, right?

Is it possible to insert symbols (windows, etc.) in gable walls created by the "gable" check box in the Roof Edit dialog box?
