  1. Well, OK. Bizarreo stuff. I am setting up my new laptop and had to install VW on it. I had 12.5.2 on old laptop. When I installed on new laptop, I upgraded with the 12.0 to 12.5.3 upgrade program and I was afraid of migrating workspaces and such. I don't know why. I did so, and it seems to be OK now. Thanks.
  2. No, I cannot edit any stock workspace. I cannot even create a new workspace. And no, the files are not marked read-only.
  3. Hello, I just started getting this. I can not edit the current workspace. Did you fix this issue? I am currently searching through threads to see if there is a solution. TIA
  4. Thanks for the reply. I found this on the Architect board: http://techboard.vectorworks.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=96940&page=1#Post96940 Worked like a charm. I wish I found it earlier.
  5. I am running VW v12.5.2 on a WindowsXP Pro IBM Thinkpad Z60m, and yesterday as I was shutting down, VW would not close until it was forced to close. This morning I am getting this: AppName: vectorworks.exe AppVer: 12.5.2.5505 ModName: quicktime.qts ModVer: 7.0.2.120 Offset: 000fb7c5 in that dialog box that wants to send information to Microsoft, and VW will not start. Help! I need to work!
  6. Thank you. I knew I was missing something. It's always the thing right under your nose. That palette sits right on the drawing all the time. Again, Thanks
  7. I can't get textures to show up in drawings that were started as an import of a DWG file. Works fine in a new drawing. Steps are: 1. draw rectangle 2. extrude rectangle 3. under Render tab in object info select texture. anyone?
  8. I would like to second this wish. It would make it a lot easier to enter other data to the plot.
