How do I go about getting a disk?

I have already sent a couple of emails regarding this, so please excuse the repetition. My desktop PC has no internet connection. I downloaded the updater to a flash drive with my laptop, to in-turn install on my desktop. In trying to install, I get an error message indicating the "Internet installer" cannot be accessed and to check my internet connection. I am supposing I will need a disk to make this update, but is there some sort of work around? Thanks.
