  1. The partial print problem and slow print problem with our hp designjet 750c has been fixed by having a new faster, with larger memory capacity pc serving as print server. HP 750c doesn't have enough built-in RAM to handle some of large VW files. There was an option of upgrading our printer with larger RAM but having a print server with faster processing chip and larger RAM was much cheaper option for us at the end. We now have all our printers (hp designjet 750c, epson stylus photo 3000, epson stylus photo 1290 and brother fax/laser printer) connected to this print server pc that handles all the print queues. We haven't had much print issues since then
  2. i can't see any service tap on our hp print property tap as well as Katie suggested and we are also pc based. We are having a similar problem but instead of printing blank page half way through, it prints black pages! in our case, which is worse...
  3. We are running VW 12.0.1 on window XP and HP DesignJet printer connected directly to the network. We have had problem with some files printing 1/10 of the drawings fine and then print the rest of the drawings filled with black for the WHOLE PAGE!!! Has anyone have experienced this problem? We still haven't figure out what causes this problem. We also have problem with one of our workstation printing any pattern in the drawings filled with black instead of the pattern. Same file prints ok from other workstations.
  4. Is there a way to import all the texture materials assigned to the model in sketchup into vectorworks using the plugin? I have tried meterial method in geometry mapping for one of our existing sketchup model and it seems to stall during the import process. The plugin works fine for import using the layer option. Any help much appreciated.
