I found the problem. I was misentering as the letter "oh" the number "zero" that appeared in a string of alphas in my serial number. David Shoup

I have just purchased and loaded VectorWorks. I find that to run the program I must first provide the serial number. However, when I enter the long alphanumeric shown at the bottom of the sticker which is to be placed on the registration mail card, I get the message that the serial number format I've entered is incorrect.
