    I am having a problem updating my version of Vectorworks from 10.0.0 to 10.0.1 etc. I have downloaded all the updaters from the internet (10.0.1, 10.1, 10.1.2, 10.5, 10.5.1) It either does not find the correct file to update or does not recognise my serial number. Any tips?
