Christiaan, Jeffroyer, and Katie....I have done all that you suggested. I still cannot find the thing....sorry I had not stated that I had done all that before. I appreciate your input though. I am very confused as to what to do.

I have recently upgraded to 12.5.2. After I did that, I have tried to find the Resource Browser. I verified in the Window>Pallettes>Resource Browser has been checked and it says it is there, but it is not to be found. Is anyone else having this problem? I have looked and verified all the other Palettes are open and available, but I cannot find the Resource Browser. Any help is much appreciated.

We import files from AutoCAD from our client. They have blocks that are "by-layer" for color and line-type. However, when we go in and redefine the blocks because their components are on class "0", we still are getting blocks that are white for "0", in lieu of the CLASS we assign the blocks to. Is there another way to redefine this? Please help.

We are using workgroup references and "x-ref-ing" our files for use with a client who would prefer our exports did not automatically BIND in the file (they still use that AutoCAD software...yuck). Anyone know of a new option in 12 that will allow us to keep them as references in lieu of binding in? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I have tried to update the 11.5 updater on my laptop. I have re-downloaded the installer twice and each time it starts it asks me for user name, company name and the serial number. I input all of that and it says it will create the directory. The first time the installer hung for almost 30 minutes without doing anything. I force quit there and then tried it several more times with the same result. Then I downloaded the installer again. I let it go for over an hour with no difference. I have been trying to install this for a week with nothing. Should I order some disk? Frankly I do not know what else to do.
