  1. Hi Everyone, I am struggling with using the template title blocks in the program. I am using version 10.5. I print out drawings on 8.5x11 and also 11x17. I have a title block that I'm using for the 11x17 size prints which seems to be working in terms of size. But I have not been able to find one, or even one that I can scale properly, that works for 8.5x11. the proportions are wrong so the scaling does not seem to work. I would also like to find a title block for 8.5x11 which allows me to use a landscape orientation with the sheet information on the right side. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, whatever title block template I use seems to always print "revisions and issues" off the page and over the grid lines. I have gone into the "group" and deleted this text - but it still shows up when I print. Also, the date shows up wrong half of the time and I can't seem to get rid of that either, although my preference would be to keep it in and have it be right! Any advice on this would be great as well. Thanks in advance! Nina
  2. Thank you so much for all your tips. I used the "move page" command last night and it was really helpful. I love when you find out how to do something that you have been wanting to do for a long time! I will also check out working with the print scaling feature. I'm sure that will come in handy as well. 3. Hi Jonathan, I don't think I get what you're suggesting. The Zoom to 100% gives you a certain amount of the drawing on the screen - you can still scroll aroun and get different parts of the drawing on the screen - but you can't control how much or how little is on the screen, which is what I want to do while still mainting the scale when it prints out. Hmmmmm...it seems like there should be an easy way to do this. For example, could you select the view you want with a box and then erase what is outside the box? Of course you'd want to do this in a different layer or to the side on the drawing surface - but it would make it so easy! Let me know if you have any other insights! Thanks! Nina
  4. Hi There, I just found out how to print a portion of an entire drawing by using the Current View selection, but when I do it, the printed drawing does not print to scale. Is there another way to do this? Also, is it possible to move the the grey lines which show you the outline of the printed page on the screen, instead of having to position the drawing within the grey lines to print how you want it on the page? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
