So I placed a rectangle over my floor plan and created a viewport fromthat, but I did it without the rectangle too and the same thing happened?

I have but its just showing up as small 'x's

I have created a viewport but my drawing title/number is missing. It is shown in the OIP but not on my sheet layer? Also all my classes are turned on and my drawing title is visible on section viewports
