  1. Hello, I have a bad Vectorworks 11 CD, as discussed in the following tech board http://techboard.nemetschek.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=23;t=000196;p= I contacted tech support by email and by phone at least a week or two ago, and I have still yet to receive any return response in any form. I really need this problem resolved so I can get back to work with my drafting and such. It's taken WAAAYYYY TOO LONG to get in contact with someone. Anyone have any ideas?????? Please help so I don't have to go to greater measures to get help. Thank you, Rusty
  2. I ordered it over the phone directly from the manufacturer. Does anyone know who I need to talk to about recieving a new copy? What is the procedure that needs to happen? thank you for your help!
  3. I tried your fix, and my computer couldn't copy the CD to the hard drive, it gets to Renderworks.exe in the Components folder and says "Cannot Copy Renderworks: Data Error (cyclic redundancy check)" Any ideas? Is the CD bad? The physical cd looks to be fine on the surface. Please help! Thanks
  4. I have had to re-install my copy of vectorworks on my computer. I put in the CD that i have, and it starts to install and gets to 75% then hangs and the install program stops responding. It always hangs on the file Props Hi-res.mcd. I have checked the surface of the CD and it seems to be fine. Please help me figure out what I need to do in order to install the product. Thanks!
  5. Currently I have Firefox set as the default. I did recently switch from IE to Firefox since Firefox is infinitely better than IE. Is this a problem? I switched my default browser back to IE, and the help menu comes up normally. Is there a way to configure VW to use firefox as the browser to open up help? Thanks so much for your help!!!!!   6. The help function in vectorworks is not working at all. I go to the help pull down menu, or press f1, and nothing happens. Can anyone help me fix this very bizarre problem? It did work in the past on this machine. Thanks for your help!
