Hi Katie, I can open vectorworks but I now receive an error message upon using the program Vectorworks Dongle has been found but it does not match the one specified by your serial number. Vectorworks will now quit. I didn't have this problem before. Can you advise? Thanks JH

Hi Katie, I attempted to download the dongle checker utility and received an error message Dongle ID: NO DONGLE FOUND. The Dongle is plugged in and the red light is on. What should I do? Thanks JH

Hello, I have a new computer - Win XP Home and I have tried to load my Vectorworks 10 (student version). The dongle is attached - red light is on - however, when I launch the software - I receive an error message stating that the dongle is not attached. I understand others are having difficulties with the dongles. Please help. Do I need to download new drivers from Aladin - and if so, could you be specific about which drivers I require? FYI - This software worked fine on my old computer Win98. Thanks, JH
