I had to reinstall Vectorworks after changing my computer and now every time I try to run the program a error message comes up: Error number 5. Access denied. Any help???

I have just searched on my program files folder for a Logfile.txt and although I have set Logfile on my preferences, there isn't a Logfile.txt on my system.

I had turned on the logttime on my vectorworks preferences. Still can't find the text file on my vectorworks folder. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your advice. I have looked into: Program Files/VectorWorks 10.5 and Could not find the folder. On my folder list I have the following folders: -Extras -Object Libraries -Plug-Ins -ReleaseNotes -Standards -Templates -Textures -VWHelp -Workspaces Am I looking in the right place?
