  1. Hello! So I have made a custom Lighting accessory and attached the proper records. When setting the 3D component, it looks like so: To note, the above image is a Group of three elements, the shape of the softbox, the polygon of the bottom face (white), and the text After the symbol has become an accessory, and the geometry has been set to the origin, and is placed onto a lighting device with the lighting accessory tool, it shows up like so: almost as if the text and polygon are anchored at a different relative point. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
  2. @Pat Stanford Thank you so much, I completely missed editing those options within the Shaded option itself! That did the trick
  3. Hello! Not entirely sure what is the case here, but I have made custom lighting devices with their own geometries, and added all the requisite LightInfo and Parts records needed. Previously this issue was totally fine, but for a couple devices, when I enter a custom Pan/Tilt inputs, the device transforms into a prism shape with no explanation. I genuinely am not sure how this is occurring. This issue also is not consistent among a Symbol. When I placed another instance of the symbol, I had 0 issues when issuing those custom parameters, so not a clue as to what is happening. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
  4. Hello, I made some models which are straightforward extrusions of circles. However, in OpenGL/Shaded Mode, the object appears as a prism when placed. It will revert to a smooth shape after moving, but I'd love to not need to change the position of every object after I place it. I am assuming it might have something to do with simplicity, but not sure if there is a way to prevent this in a simple Rendering mode! As we can see in the image, the highlight shows the wireframe geometry of the object, from which this odd disparity is more evident.
  5. Hi! I've been making hybrid symbols for some lights with no issues. Not sure what is going on here but I have a symbol with both a 2D and 3D component. When I add the symbol in Top/Plan view and rotate the view, I can only see the 2D view. Conversely, when adding the object in a Custom View, I only see the 3D component, and snapping to Top/Plan view instead just renders the 3D component. I am assuming there might an issue in the use of an image in the 3D component, but otherwise unsure. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
