  1. An associate that works in our office is currently running AutoCad 2004 Lite. We have been working closely on a large project for some time. Durring this time her Cad programme keeps crashing without any notice or error messages. As well as with outlook before she emails this exported drawing that I have given her. Here is what info she has given me. Hopefully someone out there can help. No message- just a immediate termination of the program - Autocad and Outllok Express (only when trying to send that file). I also get outlook and Dr. watson errors occassionally (only with those files) Outlook: Error Signature: szAppNmae: msimn.exe szAppver:6.0.2900.2180 szModName: hung app SzModuer: 0.0.0.0.0. offset: 00000000 Dr WAtson Debugger Error Signature, Event Type: BEX P1. drwtsn32.exe, P.2 5.1.2600.0 P.3 3b7d84a2 P.4 dbghelp.dll P.5 5.1.2600.2180 P.6 4110969a P.7 0001295d P.8 c0000409 P.9 00000000
  2. Just recently I experimented using Adobe acrobat 6 professional reader to convert an Arch D size Vectorworks drawing to Pdf. Theoretically it should work great the scale is maintaied. and everyone can get the same look with the prints. But I am having difficulty with my title blocks. I can print reductions to 8.5x11 just fine. But when I print on our Hp designjet500 42" the Title block keeps dissapearing. I have tried many of the settings in the acrobat viewer and I am wondering if there are any vectorworks tricks or Printer driver tricks I can do to get this up and running. Thanks ahead of time.
  3. The landscape firm that I work for frequently imports and exports Dwg files. One problem that I constantly run into is the exporting lineweights properly. When I view the exported file in ACAD the lineweight s appear really thick and when zoomed in the lineweights get thinner and thinner. Would my problem have something to do with world units? if so how do I resolve this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
