we are still using VW 2020 (simply cause its too expensive to update regularly) and the issue is annoying, I cant help but feel that VW isnt adressing this just to force people to update. Such a simple missbehaving call of a system dialog box seems too weird to not be easily fixable even for VW versions older than "up to date" . Take a slice from apple, I could still run up to date iOS on my iphone 6s+ and even phones that can be supported anymore still get security and bugfix updates of the last iOS versions. THATS how you should do it, then people will buy your expensive product.

I may be very late to the party, but I seem to recall that in MiniCad early Vectorworks times there were fasteners, nuts and gearwheels tools... Apparently with software prices going up all the time these wonderful and bizarrely useful tools (though as you can tell I'm not using them very often) have vanished at some point. No doubt to convince me to spend more money on a higher spec version of vectorworks. (funny coincidence, just today the german vectorworks distributor announced that I'll have to cough up annual subscription fees in the near future... ) All older threads point at websites and resources looong gone, so I'm wondering if there is a way - in 2023 - to activate these (tried workspace editor seems they REALLY are gone) or if there is a resource / library with ready made 3D models of screws etc. that I could use and/or modify for my purposes ? thanks for any help kindest regards Jo
