I have been having this problem where the direct link will not get recognized in twinmotion. I just had it working earlier today on a different file but it's back to not working. This has been an ongoing issue for the past couple months. Even bought a new computer to try to fix it since I was running an old version of twinmotion assuming that was the issue. I do not want to keep exporting a file because I often make changes to my vectorworks file and it's too tedious exporting, placing materials, etc. for each change. Whereas with direct link it would just update it on the spot. Is this a Sequoia issue or a VW to TM issue?

This is minor, but a bit annoying. When I bring in images that are the same size I would normally use the "unrestricted interactive scaling mode" to scale all images at the same time to the size that I want to fit in my sheets. When I would bring the exported twinmotion images over into vectorworks 2024 I was able to scale them all down at once, but no longer can I do that in 2025. It will show all the corner markers as if they are all selected but when I scale them it only does one at a time.

@Matt Panzer, Thank you. This looks a lot better.

Attached is a file with just the curved wall on it. curved wall.vwx

I am having issues with this horizontal texture on a curved wall. Any way to get the lines to not "jump" around? This is one continuous wall from top to bottom. It looks like they pull from the corners of the openings in the wall, but I don't know why it would do this. It doesn't matter what the mapping is. It looks like this regardless. Hello, I am working in vectorworks 2024 and noticed this in the windows where I have the top shape as a half segment. Nothing works to fix this that I have tried. The problem occurs when creating a new window and when mirroring windows. It seems as if the sash is facing the way I want but the pane is not. This wasn't ever an issue in 2023. The only "fix" is that I get lucky when making the windows.

Still happening in 2024. I have data tags to indicate what the window size is and it seems to take priority to windows beyond what is ACTUALLY SHOWN. The windows align behind to the point where I can't even select the window I need to tag. I am annotating a viewport on a sheet layer. This has been going on for years and the only responses I have gotten is "it should be fixed in the next update" or "our engineers are working on it" Has there been something new added that I don't have selected or missed for this to keep happening? I have attached the file. S:L 5 08:07:24 DD.vwx

I can't seem to recreate this. I deleted it and put a new window in that worked so it wasn't a big deal. I just didn't know if anybody else had a similar issue like this or if this was known.

Attached are some screenshots of this window that has exterior trim and the right side of the wall to be the interior, but the trim is shown on the right side (interior). Is there something I am missing here? All my other windows are correct except this one for some reason... Using Vectorworks 2024 update 5, MacOS Sonoma 14.5

I figured out that I needed to find the hatch used in the material under the 'zNested Hatches' and edit the background color in there (not in the material itself).

I am using Vectorworks 2022 and am wondering if there is a way to change material colors (not textures)? I am trying to get a more detailed section using the material (CMU) for the foundation walls, but where I work we have CMU as an orange color per standards. Am I able to do this?

Sorry, this is vectorworks. I have figured out that I was in shaded style which is why all my reflective surfaces were showing only black. Thank you all!

I cannot figure out how to get reflective surfaces or textures on my lake. I have looked into other forums and can't find anything that has worked.
