    In the Obj Info window, in shape you can edit multible selected objects individulay but you can't change the record info in Data the same way. Why can't you add a option to select an object from a group, and if it has a record attached you can adjust the one objects data info like in shape? This would allow you to select a line of differnt objects and scroll through them and edit attached records to each individual object.
