environa studio, Sydney's leading environmental architecture studio, is currently looking for a talented design and documentation architect to join our innovative team.
The role
You will work closely with project directors to deliver a variety of commercial and private projects from DA to completion. You will have the ability to collaborate with the team to review and develop the detailed design of multiple projects, including site inspections. You will be working alongside senior and junior staff in an open-plan office, where excellent collaborative skills are essential.
Skills and experience
- Proficient in Vectorworks 2021 preferable but not essential
- Thorough understanding of design documentation for construction
- You will have extensive knowledge of contemporary construction practices and material and assembly techniques; along with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering as related to buildings; extensive knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the design and construction of buildings.
- Willingness to contribute to all stages of the project
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Proven track record in delivering commercial projects
- 2+ years local experience
