Thanks for showing an interest. I am going nutts. You say you can only render one layer at a time. I have no trouble rendering different layers in shaded polygon mode and seeing all of them at once. But the moment I render in say fast renderworks I am in trouble. I want to be able to see through a rendered layer to the layers below. Okay so I can create a new layer & link it to the others. This way I can see three different objects in three different layers all rendered in fast renderworks. What if I want to look through a rendered layer to a 2d oject or Picture? For example a 2d car on a top layer, a fast renderworks house on a middle layer & a 2d tree on a bottom layer.?
