Island Time Design

I am running both 9.5.2 and 10.5.1 whenever I try to generate paperwork and go through all the steps. It thinks really hard like its doing something then just goes right back into the normal interface. I can't find any of the paperwork anywhwere. It doesn't crash just nothing happens. No matter hwat sort of Paperwork I try to generate. Thanks

I am an IT technician setting up a mac lab using osx 10.3.4 on G5s. We are using a network login to a server and no local accounts. I have already run into the problem of serial numbers not saving automatically. I copied the preferences file from the local acct to the main library and now when I start vectorworks I get a mesasage that says resource manager error and have to quit vectorworks. I read the posts about copying it into user templates but I already have over 50 accounts created for these computers and I don't want to have to recreate them all. I need this to work by Monday the 13th of September if at all possible this is really frusstrating me. Thanks
