Problem solved! the student portal was updated and I needed to remake an account

My educational license is about to expire. When I try to login to extend my license, the login page says that my username or password is incorrect. When I try to get my username or password sent to my through my email, even though the system recognize my email is linked to an account, the email does not show up in my inbox. Checked everywhere including spam... Anyone else having issues login in?

Hello, I have been using vectorworks education for the past year both 2020 and 2021 version and never had this problem but for some reason just today it started crashing every time I zoomed in with both the mouse scroll wheel and the zoom tool. I have a project due tomorrow and definitely need it to work asap!!

Hello there, I seem to be in the same situation, my license has expired and I need to use my student license for vectorworks. Could my license be extended? Thank you!
