  1. Hi there! I am currently learning how to render 3D objects in Vectorworks, I use the version for stage design. I am able to create 3D shapes, such as cones, spheres, and rectangular prisms with ease. However, I am having trouble drawing other 2D shapes on the face of these 3D shapes. While this is the first time I am using shapes such as cones and spheres, I know for a fact that I should be able to draw a shape and proceed to psh/pull it on any face of the rectangular prism. Yet, the 2D shapes will only draw on the gridded plane (the "ground," if you will). How can I make my 2D shapes snap to the face of my 3D objects?? Thank you! I am working primarily in right isometric view by the way 🙂
