The Pacific Design Academy is currently seeking a part time Architectural Computer Aided Design (CAD). As an instructor you will be responsible for teaching classes, tracking attendance and assessing student progress.
This position requires an individual with a broad range of expertise:
* Current working knowledge of Vectorworks CAD software.
* Experience drafting residential and/or commercial construction documents.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Effective organizational and analytical skills
* Demonstrate independent judgment and initiative
* Ability to work quickly and create stunning work
Preference given to applicants who have:
* Teaching experience
* Knowledge of Construction Theory and BC Building code
* Experience working with and maintaining Apple computers
* A related degree or diploma
