I often have contained areas that need constrained dimensioning, but they lie at irregular angles in relation to the overall viewport. It would make life a lot easier to be able to rotate the view in an annotation layer to add constrained dimensions that relate to a different x/y direction, as is possible in design layers. Thanks!
